Composed of a semi-soft Serra da Estrela Cheese, made from raw Serra da Estrela sheep’s milk and a Serra da Estrela Velho Cheese, also made from Serra da Estrela raw sheep’s milk, with a minimum maturation period of 4 months or which gives it an intense, permanent flavor with a semi-hard paste.

The Caramuja basket also includes a Cured Sheep Cheese and a Buttery Sheep Cheese
