PAULO NUNES
With a degree in Food Engineering, he completed his training with a Master’s degree in Food Quality and Technology at the Escola Superior Agrária de Viseu.
His career has included the Instituto da Vinha e do Vinho, the consultancy company “Vines&Wines” and the creation of the Decisão Vinhos Project in the Távora-Varosa Demarcated Region. Since 2010, he has been the Consultant Winemaker for several estates in the Dão region.
