Equestrian therapy in the open park

Searching for answers in your life. Find new perspectives in your relationships (family, friends or others). Explore your thoughts or feelings and let yourself be inspired by the horses. 

You will work with an experienced Dutch equine therapist: Hesther Selbeck, in the herd where the horses are free and act as a mirror of your inner self. 

She will guide you through this process, connecting you to the horses. 

After this session, you will have new perspectives on what you were looking for.

Horse therapy in the arena

Grow in your leadership and learn about your body language through exercises with the horses. 

This is an active session where you learn to communicate and build a relationship with one or two horses using your thoughts, feelings and behavior. You can also work on questions you have about your past, future or present. 

You will work with an experienced Dutch equine therapist: Hesther Selbeck, in the riding arena. 

Hesther will guide you through this process, connecting you to the horses.

After this session, you will feel more confident in your body and you will have more confidence.
